The Float Phone Dry Bag is the only bag engineered to be fully submersible, with an IPX-7 rating that has been tested to withstand submersion under water for up to 1 hour at a depth of 10 meters. The rest of the collection can withstand immersion but are not recommended for submersion.

The Geckobrands Around Water Collection was designed for light water activities, such as summer backpacking with a chance of rain or lounging by the pool. Any water that is splashed or precipitated on the bag will not penetrate the internal cavity due to a PU interior coating. All products in this category have been tested to withstand 10 liters of water per minute for 5 minutes, but they are not recommended for immersion or submersion.
